All Shareholders,

We have traveled quite a long journey in what seems to be a never-ending saga. We have met and communicated with many remarkable individuals and sadly said good-bye to several wonderful individuals. Those who have departed have touched our lives considerably; they will be missed, but never forgotten. We are CMKX Family, and being part of this unique Family, it is imperative we continue to pursue justice for All Legal Shareholders by every means available to release the compensation funds.

Time is the major variable that is being used to control the eventual outcome for the Legal Shareholders.
Way too much time is being spent at the cost of the Legal Shareholders, victims of the largest naked shorted stock in the entire stock market. The fact “The Victims of the Largest Naked Shorted Stock in the History of the Stock Market” alone is substantial enough to authorize an immediate settlement payment for the Legal Shareholders of CMKX. The Legal Shareholders are due compensation by law. There should be no if(s), an(s), or but(s) with compensating the Legal Shareholders.

Our main focus is the release of the compensation funds to the rightful owners, The Legal Shareholders of CMKX.

I support those who share and will help the Legal Shareholders with the release of the compensation funds.

1) On a scale from 0-to-10 ("10" being 100% sure and 0 being absolutely unsure) can you quantify if you believe (IYO) that CMKX was a "sting operation?"

7...I do not trust or feel comfortable with the SEC and the DTC because of their inept performance. This is why I am pushing for an Official Confirmation of the Compensation Funds.

Attorney Al Hodges is dedicated and continues to seek justice for the Legal Shareholders. Unfortunately, the information flow is at a trickle…tightly controlled. This has not deterred the covet for a just outcome for the Legal Shareholders. Attorney Al Hodges, Dennis Smith, and Attorney Hodge’s Staff worked a considerable amount of hours with no compensation, all without hesitation, all dedicated to help the Legal Shareholders. The communications I had with Attorney Hodges and Mr. Dennis Smith leaves me with no doubt their strong convictions in doing what is best for the Legal Shareholders.

I disagree. The amount of information provided by those willing to share has kept the Legal Shareholders informed and united. Empty handed never held anyone back…Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that. We are FULL of hope and determination in making sure the legal Shareholders do not come up empty handed.

I will continue to do what I can. I have to sort out some health issues, both my Dad‘s and mine. My health has the upper hand at the moment. I am sorry for the delay in responding to the messages both public and private. Again, I do support all constructive actions that will unite the Legal Shareholders with their compensation.
