IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Casavant is liable for disgougement of $31,500,000 representing profits & pre-judgment interest of $2,689,433.62 & a civil penalty of $31,500,000........Casavant shall satisfy this obligation by paying $65,689,433.62 within 10 business days to the Clerk of the Court. Monies to be placed in a Fund @ 10% interest. The Commission may by motion propose a plan to distribute the Fund subject to the Court's approval. The funds would be distributed pursuant to the Fair Fund provisions of Section 308(a) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002!!!

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED.......this Court shall retain jurisdition of this matter to enforce the terms.
There being no reason for delay.......the Clerk is ordered to enter this Final Judgment forthwith......WOW.....
