Lots of discussion about this on various boards...good to see. On Millionaires an important point to note: this is NOT A SECURE SITE.

That alone has caused me to pause and think. I am not comfortable about posting name, address, phone, email on an unsecured site--let alone cert number, number of shares, money invested, etc. I realize the latter is not asterisked as required, but still the site is not secure.

That has given me serious pause about filling this out.

Moreover, there is an important question there that seems limiting; how can you prove you've been harmed? Any proof readily available on the company website is directed soley at the insiders. There is no document available to prove damage done by the SEC/DTCC. That makes me pause and wonder too.

I think we could use a well-crafted response from the likes of Al Hodges to show some bullet points that would make the 400-word response all that it should be. Even still, the site ought to be secure before posting personal info, imo.
